By using the camera and barcode scanning gun, the bar code numbers of relevant products, materials and logistics package can be easily overlaid on the real time live video in this monitoring & traceability system. User can real time monitor the status of the products, record production steps or packaging process, track and trace the exact materials or components used in the productions of any products by its relevant bar code numbers, no matter whenever and wherever he is. User also can track and trace products and logistics units by its relevant bar code numbers as they move through the supply chain: shipping, receiving, storing and selling.

How does Daxun Digital monitoring & traceability system work?

First the barcode scanning gun can be connected to Daxun Digital monitoring & traceability system by RS232 serial port or by network (using a serial port to network converter ). In this way the bar code numbers on each products or logistics packages will be scanned by barcode scanning gun and transferred via RS232 serial port or network to Daxun Digital monitoring & traceability system. Then its bar code number will be overlaid on the real-time video OSD and uploaded to the monitoring & traceability system automatically. By this monitoring & traceability system client, the videos can be viewed in real time, and the video traceability can be quickly queried by products’ or logistics packages’ tracking numbers.

And bar code numbers can be transferred via RS232 serial port or via network.
